Very impressed with Jojo and Suvi at the lounge reception. We had an unusual problem with rescheduling a sector of our international flight - and only for one of a 2 person booking. We recognise it is not a routine duty for the reception staff at the lounge. Jojo and Suvi listened attentively to our request (in broken Chinese and English) and with the occasional feedback to make sure they understood our desired change. They then called the Airline company on our behalf and explained our situation very efficiently. We could not have done so ourselves as we cannot speak Chinese. After 30 minutes of patient interactions with the airline staff, our flights were rescheduled exactly to our request. Jojo and Suvi went above and beyond their duties to help us. We are very impressed with their client service attitude. Well trained and excellent client service culture. Keep up the good work!

I loved my stay here, it has been my favorite hotel in a trip all around China. The room was comfortable, and the location was great - just a few minutes' walk from Tangzixiang station on the airport line, and easy walking distance from the lively central dining and shopping area. The breakfast was large and varied, with obvious attention put into providing local specialities. The staff were all kind and helpful, especially the very friendly English-speaking man who works in the breakfast area, who took special care to make sure that I experienced the most interesting dishes.

The staff at the concierge (Eric Wu) was very helpful. Especially with my delivery from Taobao. Beds are very comfortable with a spacious toilet.

Excellent location walking distance main shopping complexes and eateries. Hotel facilities were a bit dated but very functional. All staff at the front desk, room service and concierge were very welcoming, courteous and helpful. Would chose yo stay again in future

Lovely people, always ready to help, always kind and friendly. Perfectly located in the center of Kunming with efficient soundproof windows. big comfortable room. Nice view over the night market and the area.

Friendly staff that helped us with our luggage and checked in. We got our hotel upgraded automatically. Hotel is walkwable distance to NanQiang street where lots of food can be found there. Room is clean, quiet and peaceful.

Hotel was located very close to the shopping district (about 15 minutes walk to shopping centres). The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful with requests.

it was close to Nan Chiang 南強night market. the room is big for 3 pax the beds are firm.
